Health & Safety Legislation/Regulations are constantly changing, all of our courses incorporate up-to-date Legislation and Regulations, relevant to the course you are on. The three main Acts of Legislation and Regulations that apply to all training are listed below:
Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
Employers have duties under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that the health and safety of their employees and others who are not their employees when on the company's property.
Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999
Under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, where two or more employers share a workplace, even on a temporary basis, they must co-operate with each other to ensure that they both comply with their legal duties. These Regulations also require employers to carry out a risk assessment of the hazards involved and to identify the measures needed to comply with other health and safety legislation.
Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998
To comply with the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998, employers must ensure that the work equipment is only used for operations, and under conditions, for which it is suitable. In addition, they must ensure that all operators they employ, both new and existing, are adequately trained and, where necessary, provide for their additional or refresher training.

This training course has been designed for candidates who have been nominated by their employer to be an appointed person to carry out First Aid duties.
Hazard Awareness and Managenent of Control Training
for Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations
This training course is designed for any person whose job involves working with substances hazardous to health but specifically workers and supervisors who work with common hazardous substances such as oils, solvents or those who are exposed to dusts/fumes/vapours.
Health & Safety Training for Managers and Supervisors
This training course is designed for any person who has responsibilities under the the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994, referred to as CDM, specifically managers, supervisory staff and also those with defined roles relating to the CDM Regulations.
IEE Regulations Training (17th Edition)
