Hi Helen

Just to confirm that we would like to book S.H for the 4th Aug.

We would also like to add how beneficial it was to have his expertise and knowledge of the concerns issues that we face on a daily basis. It was quite useful to have him deliver the consultation as all the attendees at some point had been to one of his courses.

It was especially satisfying to see how well the audience took to him and how they had confidence in his response, if anything as long as it was with someone that we have been involved with I see no reason that this kind of consultation would not be the norm within STW.

Could you pass on our thanks to him and let your directors know of our appreciation for the quality that is delivered by a member of your staff.

Regards
