The business world has changed radically since C&G first gained certification to ISO 9001 back in the 1990’s; technology has changed how we work, geographical boundaries are almost insignificant in today’s global economy, supply chains are increasingly complex and the information available has multiplied exponentially.

To ensure that C&G with their ISO 9001 certification continues to serve the business community and maintain its relevance in today’s market place, the standard has been revised to address changes in the business world.

One thing remains constant, to be successful, businesses have to adapt to meet the growing needs of customers. ISO 9001 was originally written with the customer in mind and that remains the priority for ISO 9001:2015, the version that C&G will be certified to by mid-2016.

C&G have always operated to higher levels than the base ISO 9001 standard requires with continual improvement and customer satisfaction key to maintain solid relationships with our many Blue Chip clients and Industry Accreditation bodies.

This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. This helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services, which in turn brings many business benefits.

The key changes in the new standard are:

•The emphasis on leadership
•The focus on risk management
•Emphasis on objectives measurement and change
•Communication and awareness
•Fewer prescriptive requirements

With the new standard in place, C&G will continue to incorporate their quality management system into their core business processes and realise greater business benefits. The benefits to our customers are many, with our continued focus on their total satisfaction with our services, and our ability to always adapt to meet their needs well into the future.

C&G Services (Europe) Ltd remain proud to be an ISO9001 certified company!
