We pride ourselves on delivering customer satisfaction. We are constantly improving training courses across our portfolio to engage candidates and make learning an enjoyable and effective experience with real benefits. We listen to clients, and keep a close eye on legislation changes and industry best practices ensuring courses include everything required to optimise the learning experience.

 

All of our training courses are delivered by highly experienced and qualified instructors with that personable approach. Collecting and analysing honest candidate feedback is vital for us to gauge our performance in the highly competitive training sector. We score overall satisfaction ratings out of 5 or 10 according to the type course and review all additional comments from candidates, good or bad.

 

We are delighted to report that for the last quarter (August to October 2017) over all courses we delivered and with over 1000 candidates attending, our overall satisfaction rate is 99.3%.
