Why should you attend this course?

Applicants for a Standard National or International Operators License must show that they are “professionally competent” or that they employ a transport manager who meets the requirements.

Aims and Objectives:

Persons will be considered “professionally competent” by passing the examination for the Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) set by OCR Examinations on behalf of the Department for Transport. Once you have passed the exam you will be in a position to apply for a Standard National or International Operator License.

  • Driver Hours/ Working Time Regulations/Driver records/Traffic Accident Procedure
  • Safe Loading & Transit of Goods/Driver Licensing/Periodic Training/People Management
  • Construction & Use, Lighting, Regulations/ Plating & Testing/Fleet Inspection/Traffic regula-tions
  • Exam Preparation Day – Close of training
  • Exam on 7th December
