Who is this for?

This specific training course designed to impart a greater knowledge of operational awareness in the safe use of hand tools and equipment. This course ensures compliance with regulation 8 and 9 of the provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER). Stating that managers and supervisors are to be given adequate information and training to supervise or manage the use of work equipment.

Provision & Use of Work Equipment Regulations – Course:

To give employees the operational knowledge required to effectively supervise the safe use of hand tools and equipment in their workplace. On completion of this training course employees will have the back ground knowledge to identify unsafe operating techniques/conditions and take remedial action, including reporting and toolbox talks.
