Who

This training course is designed for prospective Slinger/signallers who have little or no previous slinging, signalling and lifting experience.

Aims

To inform novice slingers in the techniques and knowledge required to safely sling and direct suspended loads, administering a practical test for operators without previous experience. On completion of this training course, operators should have a robust knowledge of their duties in relation to lifting accessories. Use lifting accessories safely and in accordance with the manufacturers guide lines and accepted good practice.
