Where a course or candidate is cancelled/postponed by the client, the following will apply:
- 21 days or more in advance: 100%
- 8 to 21 days in advance: 50%
- 0-7 days in advance: 0%
Please note that all exam fees, registration fees and other non-cancellable resources are non-refundable.
It is the policy of C&G Services that cancellation costs will be charged if a course is cancelled/postponed within 21 days of the course start date. Charges may be waivered in exceptional circumstances providing C&G Services and the client have mutually agreed. Substitute candidates may be accepted in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to rearrange courses, dates, contents & locations in circumstances outside of our control.
Cancellation/Postponement of a course or training materials can be made either in writing or electronically.
E Learning Courses
In accordance with relevant laws C & G Services provide a 7 day cooling off period during which time you have the right to cancel your purchase. If you decide to cancel, we will refund your payment within 30 days of your cancellation.
We supply the e-learning courses to you by email with full written instructions and set up requirements to enable access to any course purchased. You will receive a separate email with the login details for the course you have purchased.
Because of the nature of these products it is not our policy to refund for eLearning courses once access has been made via your username and password. All access to our Learner Management System is governed by this unique username and password. The username and password is part of a system which protects the security of the resource and enables us to monitor usage by any individual. When a refund request is received we reserve the right to track the usage by an individual (through his/her username and password). No refund will be granted if C&G Services has reason to believe that an individual has viewed any of the course material that they purchased.
