Who

This practical training course is designed to refresh Banksmen / Signallers who are involved in controlling and directing vehicles and suspended loads in the work place. Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Aims

To update candidates in the knowledge and techniques required to assist drivers and crane operators in the movement of vehicles and suspended loads in the workplace. On completion of training candidates should have an accepted knowledge of codes of practice and HSE guidelines, and be able to assist drivers in manoeuvring vehicles safely; in accordance with good practice and industry guidelines.
